EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Under this policy:

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.
Replacement is possible in case of quality defect issue.
Size exchange available only once after purchase. All Sales are final.
No return, refund. Instead, amount will be refunded in the form of online store credit/gift coupon for woodpeckor online store with no expiry date.
Refund to mode of payment is only possible in case of quality defect.
To be eligible for an exchange/replace/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with seal & all tags intact and in its original packaging.
Return to origin, quality check and re-ship takes 15-30days for quality checks passed cases.
Outer packaging is a must at the time of return pickup. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Woodpeckor reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
